Associate Dean Theresa “Terri” Beiner is one of 44 new members elected to The American Law Institute. Members bring their expertise to ALI’s work of clarifying the law through Restatements, Principles and the Model Penal Codes.
“I am deeply impressed by the variety and substance of the achievements of our new members,” said ALI President David F. Levi. “It is important that diversity of experience and perspective is reflected in the Institute’s membership.
