The purpose of the student chapter of ATLA is to encourage law students to learn trial advocacy skills and demonstrate what it is like to be a trial lawyer. The student chapter provides a way for students to become actively involved in the professional division of ATLA through open discussions and ATLA sponsored professional events. The goal of ATLA is to preserve the civil justice system and right to trial by jury.
