Whether your plans involve practicing at a firm, working in a non-traditional legal career, or pursuing employment outside of the law, the Bowen Career Services Office is here to help you. Our Career Services provides counseling, materials, programs, and resources to help alumni in their search for employment. All services offered by the Bowen Career Services Office are available to alumni.
As a courtesy to Bowen alumni, the Registrar’s Office will provide transcript copies free of charge. Transcript Request forms are available online or in the Bowen Registrar’s Office.
While you were a Bowen student, you had access to an @ualr.edu email address. This email account is discontinued one year after your graduation unless a request has been made to the Bowen Alumni/Development Office. Please email Amy Jackson, Alumni/Development Associate, or call 501.324.9967 to make this request.
Library services for attorneys at UALR William H. Bowen Law Library include access to Westlaw and other commercial legal databases such as BNA; use of a private carrel equipped with a computer and a printer; and access to Microsoft Word. Bowen alumni also can check-out material from the library’s circulating collection and borrow materials through interlibrary loan with a Bowen library card. You can get a library card by presenting identification and your bar number at the Circulation Desk.
