Welcome from Your Alumni Board President
The 2011-2012 Alumni Board hopes to offer many opportunities to engage our graduates. This year, as we plan our activities, we would like to encourage you to get involved. There are many opportunities from small to large- opportunities that really connects your practice with our students, the future lawyers in our bar. Can you take time to give back in some small way– whether it’s a one time commitment such as our Dine Around Program or a monthly commitment mentoring our first year law students? You can see the upcoming Law Alumni Association events and volunteer opportunities by visiting the ‘Alumni Events & Travel’ and ‘Get Involved’ section of the Bowen website.
Do you have ideas for the Alumni Association? Are you interested in getting more involved? The Bowen Alumni Board is interested in finding diverse alumni applicants from a wide-variety of backgrounds and graduating classes to serve in a leadership role at the law school. If you or someone you know is interested in submitting a Board nomination, please feel free to contact me for more information.
