The UALR William H. Bowen School of Law is dedicated to providing quality legal education to non-traditional students, working adults, and others whose best chance of attending law school is a part-time program. With this commitment, Bowen Law offers a part-time evening program.
The part-time program is designed to allow students to complete the J.D. degree over four academic years. The character and motivation of our part-time students is inspiring. Whether they have a full-time job, are full-time parents, or both, our part-time students have an undeniable tenacity to constantly exceed expectations and lead their class.
Classes in the part-time evening program meet three nights per week from approximately 5:45 to 9:25 p.m. Part-time students at Bowen Law also have the unique advantage of participating in our one-of-a-kind Part-Time Student Practicum program which pairs part-time students with judges.
If you are driven to push your career further and invest in your success but are worried about the work load and time commitment of law school with your already busy schedule, the part-time program may be the option for you.
