Part-Time Program

Part-Time Program

The UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law is dedicated to providing quality legal education to non-traditional students, working adults, and others whose best chance of attending law school is a part-time evening program. The program always attracts the highest quality students who have an undeniable tenacity to constantly exceed expectations and become industry leaders.

Bowen offers the only part-time program in Arkansas. The faculty and curriculum for the part-time and full-time program are the same, however, the part-time program is designed to allow students to go to law school in the evening and complete the J.D. degree over four academic years. The program is designed to give all students the same opportunities to participate in the Bowen community and excel academically and professionally.

Can I work while I'm in the part-time program?

Part-time students do not have any work restrictions like full-time students and can reduce or eliminate debt by working while in law school.
