As the only law school in Arkansas’s capital city, the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law has access to the state’s largest law firms, courts, businesses, government offices, and public service organizations within minutes of the school.
While the William H. Bowen School of Law is a part of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, it is located on its own campus in downtown Little Rock and does not offer on campus housing. However, whether living nearby or in one of the local neighborhoods Little Rock offers a variety of communities to call home. Some students choose to live downtown while others enjoy short, medium, or distant commutes. Rental prices can vary and, while there are some exceptions, tend to decrease in neighboring cities.
You can apply for graduate housing at University Village through UALR which is located close to the main undergraduate campus. Or search for housing online through Apartment Guide, Apartment Finder, Trulia, or Zillow.
While you are searching, remember that Bowen is located at 1201 McMath Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202 – just off 9th Street in downtown Little Rock. The best highway access is from I-30 and I-630, but the highway infrastructure in the city is easy to navigate.
We do not promote any particular housing complex or facility. However, current students and alumni have provided the names and details of complexes where they have lived and would recommend.
