Applicants who are certain the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law is the right law school for them should strongly consider applying through the Bowen Fellowship Program. The benefits for those applicants are substantial. All Bowen Fellows will receive a full tuition scholarship and priority consideration for professional development opportunities, such as faculty research assistantships, stipends for conference or job fair attendance, and Dean’s Fellowship positions.
The Bowen Fellowship Program is a binding early decision program. Applicants applying under this program must have a complete application on file with the Office of Admission by January 15. The Office of Admission will notify Bowen Fellowship Program applicants in early February. Applicants offered admission as Bowen Fellows will be required to withdraw all other pending law school applications and pay a non-refundable $750 seat deposit by mid-February.
Applicants for the Bowen Fellowship Early Admission Program must have an LSAT score of 157 or higher, an undergraduate GPA of 3.30 or higher, and a sincere desire to attend Bowen.
Applicants who apply through the Bowen Fellowship Early Admission Program but are not admitted will be considered for admission through the regular admission process.
