Each April the School of Mass Communication celebrates the academic success of its students at the annual banquet and awards program. The event showcases student achievement in a variety of areas including scholarship, special recognition, participation and partnership. The event is also an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of the faculty and to recognize and share with students, families, and friends our appreciation for the many scholarships, programs, and partnerships available to the SMC through our sponsors, professional advisory council, and scholarship benefactors.
