Aspirations: Mario would like to attain his doctorate in Professional and Technical Writing (PTW) and become a PTW professor at an Ivy League University. He plans to instruct classes in document design, graduate research studies, the editorial processes, and software documentation design. He plans to use his degree to research critical subject matters in the Humanities and find solutions to bridge the ever-expanding educational gap between the underserved communities and their counterparts throughout the global world so that all students can have equal educational opportunities. In addition, he plans to use his degree to educate and train corporate American businesses to become more effective and efficient process-driven companies.
Research Topic: Website Usability Testing for low-literacy computer users between the ages of 18 and 20.
