Susan Antonetti holds an M.M. in Performance from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a B.A. in Music Education from Arkansas Tech University. She has served as Adjunct Instructor of Flute at UALR from 2009 to the present. She also teaches the flute ensemble and Woodwind Methods and is a passionate teacher and performer. Her primary teachers include Mary Kay Adams, Karen Futterer, and Patricia George. Since 2010, Susan has studied with both Keith Underwood (Mannes School of Music,NYC) and Christina Smith (Principal Flutist with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra). Susan studied Alexander Technique with Clifford Hicks. She has performed with the Little Rock Wind Symphony since 2006, serving in the capacity of Principal Flute, Second Flute and currently holds the position of Piccolist. Susan is a member of the National Flute Association.
