Dear Central Region Arkansas Choral Directors Association members, members of the All-Region Choirs, parents and friends,
On behalf of the UALR administration, music faculty and students, I write to welcome you to our campus and community as you visit as our guests on Saturday, November 21 to attend the 2009 All-Region Choir Clinic and performances. We are looking forward to coming together as educators, colleagues, musicians and friends to share an experience that will be fulfilling, educational, exciting and ultimately beneficial to all involved.
To that end, we offer below information that we hope will be useful to you as you plan your attendance at this event.

Take University Avenue south from US Hwy 630 or north from US Hwy 30. Enter the UALR campus from University Avenue and 28th Street. Turn right onto Campus Drive West. The Fine Arts Building is the first red brick building on your right. Drop off students at the entrance to the Fine Arts Building, then circle back to Lot 13 next to the Stephens Athletic Center to park.

Bus Parking near Robinson Auditorium
Buses will transport students from UALR to Robinson Auditorium. They will unload and load students in front of the auditorium on Markham Avenue. A Robinson Auditorium official will direct buses to nearby parking and will coordinate pickup after the performance.
Visitor Parking near Robinson Auditorium
Visitors may park in the next door Double Tree Hotel parking deck. The cost is $1.50/hour. There is metered parking on the streets adjacent to Robinson. Meters are free after 5:00 pm.
