Thermo K-Alpha XPS System

Thermo K-Alpha XPS System

A new instrument is in the process of being installed at the Nanotechnology Center. The Thermo K-Alpha XPS System, which is a fully integrated and compact X-ray photoelectron spectrometer, allows for the measurement of the elemental compositionempirical formulachemical state and electronic state of the elements that exist within a material. Such instrument will increase the technical capability of the center and bolster it research abilities.

Check out the XPS System page for instrument specifications.
