The Center for Integrative Nanotechnology Sciences at UALR is currently working to set up competitive educational programs that inform middle and high school students, as well as undergraduate and graduate students in the field of Nanotechnology. These programs will focus on creating basic educational programs such as lecture series, facility visits, instrument and experiment demonstrations, as well as more advanced programs aimed at exceptional students such as joint collaborations and research. Many top high school students and undergraduate students, who are already working with Dr. Biris’ group on advanced research , are already garnering attention and awards at the local, state, and national level.
