Donaghey Scholars Event Planned Aug. 2
A scheduling change is allowing more time for former Donaghey Scholars to plan to attend a summer party now set for 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, at the Bailey Alumni and Friends Center at 28th Street and Campus Drive West.
The party was originally planned for July 26.
All former recipients of the Donaghey Scholarship Program and their families, current scholars, and faculty are invited to enjoy the food and fellowship, visit with friends, and participate in a silent auction featuring custom art, gift certificates, and more.
Proceeds go to research stipends for future scholars.
The party is free for all present and past scholars, $15 for each adult, and $5 for children under 12.
Scholars eligible to join the Donaghey Scholars Alumni group, can sign up on the Alumni Association website.
