Missouri State Piano Duo Performs Oct. 19
Guest artists Wei-Han Su and Hye-Jung Su will present a duo piano recital at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 19, at the Stella Boyle Smith Concern Hall in UALR’s Fine Arts Building.

The husband-and-wife pianists, members of the Missouri State University faculty, perform solo, duet, and duo repertoire together. At their UALR recital, the pair will play several Romantic-era masterpieces as well as a selection from the Impressionist period. The selections will include pieces by Mendelssohn, Schumann, Liszt, and Ravel.
Wei-Han Su, who holds degrees from Cambridge University, the Royal College of Music, and the Peabody Conservatory, has presented concerts in the major cities of the U.S., England, Russia, Italy, Korea, Malaysia and Taiwan. He is currently associate professor of piano at Missouri State University, where he is the recipient of a University Award in Teaching in 2005.
