How to safely eject a disk from the G3 Superdisk drives
- The first step to remove a disk from the G3 Superdisk drive is to
drag the disk icon to the trashcan. This will automatically eject the
disk.
- The second step is to try to eject the disk from the program being
used. If in Microsoft Word, go to File, Save As, and then
choose the Eject button.
- The third step is if the program or computer is jammed, frozen or
otherwise not responding. Try the manual eject (press the button) on
the Superdisk drive.
-
If that fails, restart the computer. Press the eject
button on the Superdisk drive repeatedly during restoration, until
the disk ejects.
