Name only the first author and add "et al." ("and
others"), which is not italicized or underlined as Latin
abbreviation here. Commas are needed around "et al." only
when it is followed by a specification such as eds. (editors) or
trans. (translators). |

Since this is a work in two volumes, the
documentation must indicate which volume; therefore, the volume number
is followed by a colon and the page number or numbers. |
