Maintenance Service Calls
Examples of maintenance service calls are those pertaining to a light needing to be replaced, temperature adjustment, leaks, toilet stoppage, blown fuses, trash needing to be emptied, graffiti needing to be removed, carpets needing shampooing, someone stuck in an elevator, etc.
During Normal Hours
Maintenance service calls should be reported to Facilities Management’s service desk by calling 501.569.3390 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Calls received after regular business hours will be processed the next business day.
After Hours, Weekends & Holidays
Please contact the Department of Public Safety Dispatch Office at 501.569.3400, and they will make contact with the appropriate on-call maintenance service staff to assist you.
