Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to promote safety on campus by eliminating potential misuse and reducing campus incidents relating from weapons on campus.

Policy:
UALR will not tolerate anyone carrying a concealed weapon on this campus, including those with a license to do so. The university will aggressively prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any person who carries a concealed weapon on this campus.
