Recycling White Paper Policy

Effective Date: March 11, 1996

Purpose: Although UALR achieves no substantial direct monetary savings in its recycling program, long-range cost avoidance is achieved in reduced charges for waste management and disposal by using white paper. Therefore, the following policy has been implemented.

Policy: UALR encourages the use of white paper whenever possible. Certain occasions call for the use of colored paper. However, all faculty and staff should carefully consider the use of colored paper or requesting the Print Shop to use colored paper.
