Annual P-Card training now online

It is that time of year again when all P-Card participants must complete mandatory annual training. The purpose of the training is to educate P-Card participants of their responsibilities and of the appropriate usage and procedures for using a university-issued P-Card.

This year the training will be completed online through myCommunities in Blackboard. The online training became available March 17 and all participants should complete training by March 31.

Training consists of reviewing the training presentation and then scoring at least 80% on a ten question quiz. Participants are also asked to complete the course evaluation so that we can gain feedback to improve our future training programs.

Procurement Services will continue to offer face-to-face training for all new P-Card participants and also when requested or needed.
