If you are a UALR faculty member who is interested in initiating and leading a faculty-led study abroad program, we are eager to help you get started! Attached is a list of Frequently Asked Questions that include basic information you should know before getting started with planning your course.

If you are a first time trip leader, you are encouraged to contact the Programs Abroad Coordinator for a pre-proposal consultation.

Resources for Trip Leaders

Trip Leaders must submit an Emergency Action Plan to Programs Abroad one month before departure.  Please review the handbook below for safety information and procedures as well as a guideline to creating your Emergency Action Plan.
