The UALR Institute on Race and Ethnicity has spring internships and work study positions available for students. Interns will gain service learning experience by working on Institute projects on campus and in the greater Little Rock community. Please see job descriptions below.
Work Study: Project AssistantÂ
Job description: The UALR Institute on Race and Ethnicity work study position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on research projects and working with the campus and greater community on initiatives related to race and ethnicity.
Job Duties and Requirements:
- Conduct and compile research to help establish an exhaustive lists of resources
- Assist Institute staff with projects or events, and other duties as assigned
- Must have been awarded Work Study through the Financial Aid office
Hours: Between 10 and 20 hours per week based on student availability.
