- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of special events
- Greet attendees of special events
- Assist with marketing of special events
Research
- Find information to use in grant proposals or newsletters
- Gather information on a particular government program or legislation of interest to the Institute
- Gather web site addresses of similarly-focused organizations
Administrative
- Assist with mailings, printings, and other office tasks
- Photocopying
- Filing
- Data-Entry
Community Outreach
- Assist with the planning and organization of outreach activities
Data Entry
- Update contact information for our database
- Other tasks as needed
Translation
- Translate documents to allow materials to be widely distributed in Arkansas
Communications
- Copy edit Institute publications or proposals
