Q18.  (Black respondents)     A WHITE person applies to a bank for a home mortgage. He does not have a steady job or enough income to pay a monthly mortgage payment. When he did work, the job did not pay very much. Because of his LACK of a STEADY JOB and INSUFFICIENT INCOME, the loan officer decides NOT to give this person a mortgage.
