Racial Attitudes Surveys

UALR has conducted racial attitude surveys since 2003. These surveys have covered a variety of issues including religion, local government, perspectives on community, education, health and health care, economic wealth, housing and financial well-being, crime values, social conflict and trust. The ninth survey, to be conducted in 2011-2012, will focus on racial attitudes concerning the media. The results of these surveys are shared with the Arkansas community in a special conference in March of each year.

This year’s survey focus is on the media and race and ethnicity. See the 2012 Racial Attitude Survey Results.
