UALR Refund and Fee Liability Policy

January 12, 2004 through April 29, 2004

Any student who drops one or more courses by the 100% refund deadline is entitled to 100% refund. No refunds will be approved for individual classes dropped after that time.

Refund Schedule for Individually Dropped Courses

Semester Students who drop one or more courses (but not all courses) by: Will receive refund/reduction Will continue to owe
Spring 2004 January 16, 2004 100% 0%
After January 16, 2004 0% 100%

To completely withdraw from the University, contact the Office of Records and Registration. The schedule for full and partial refunds for Official Withdrawal from all University courses is listed below.

Refund Schedule for Complete Withdrawal from the University

Semester Students who withdraw (all classes) by: Will receive refund/reduction Will continue to owe
Spring 2004 January 16, 2004 100% 0%
January 26, 2004 50% 50%
After January 26, 2004 0% 100%

Refunds are based solely on the date of withdrawal, regardless of whether students attend any class(es).

In the case of non-payment, the student will be declared delinquent subject to the penalties imposed by UALR for financial delinquency.

Spring 2004 Late Payment Fees

January 12-16, 2004 $50.00
After January 16, 2004 $ 100.00

Deferred payments made after the 15th of each month will be assessed a $26 deferred payment late fee.
