- Bring in the sales receipt to verify where and when purchase was made.
- Return merchandise in original “like new” purchase condition.
- Make your return within the proper time frame:
- Within the first 2 weeks of classes (1
week in Summer), we gladly offer
refunds and exchanges on all
bookstore merchandise returned at
the beginning of the term.
- After the first 2 weeks of classes (1
week in Summer), you may return all
merchandise, except required course
materials, within 2 days of purchase
for full refund or exchange. No
refunds can be given for required
course materials.
- We’re sorry, but we cannot offer refunds
at any time for outlines, study guides, or
magazines.

We will immediately exchange any defective
merchandise returned with a receipt. The store
manager will be glad to answer any questions
you may have about our refund policy.

The best time to sell your used books
is during finals week. Please remember to bring
your student ID with you when you come in.
