Summer: May 24, 2004 through August 9, 2004
Fall: August 23, 2004 through December 15, 2004

General Summer 2004 Dates  
Application Deadline for Summer 2004 Graduation June 11, by 5 p.m.
Summer Admissions Application Deadline July 6, by 5 p.m.
Holiday – Independence Day (BOSS and UALR closed) July 5
Last day to remove an “I” received Spring 2004 August 9

Summer 1    May 24 – August 3  
Last day to register, add, or adjust schedule May 25, by 4 p.m.
    No refunds for dropped classes after this date.
    A grade of “W” will be recorded on the academic record for any course dropped after this date.
    Last day to change from credit to audit or vice-versa
  
Last day to drop an individual class for Summer 1 July 20. by 5 p.m.
Last day to withdraw from Summer 1 August 2, by 5 p.m.
Last day of classes – final exams for Summer 1 August 3
Summer 1 grades due August 5, by 12 p.m.

Summer 2    May 24 – June 28  
Last day to register, add, or adjust schedule May 25, by 4 p.m.
    No refunds for dropped classes after this date.
    A grade of “W” will be recorded on the academic record for any course dropped after this date.
    Last day to change from credit to audit or vice-versa
  
Last day to drop an individual class for Summer 2 June 21, by 5 p.m.
Last day to withdraw from Summer 2 June 25, by 5 p.m.

Summer 2 grades due June 30, by 12 p.m.

Summer 4    July 6 – August 9  
Last day to register, add, or adjust schedule July 7, by 4 p.m.
    No refunds for dropped classes after this date.
    A grade of “W” will be recorded on the academic record for any course dropped after this date.

Last day to drop an individual class for Summer 4 August 2, by 5 p.m.
Last day to withdraw from Summer 4 August 6, by 5 p.m.
