Spring 2005 Registration Guide

Registration Schedule and Tuition/Fees Key Dates

January 18, 2005 through May 13, 2005

BOSS is available:
Monday through Saturday
6 am – 12 midnight
(excluding holidays)

You’ll have three different opportunities to register for your Spring 2005 classes:

Early November 8 – December 10
Regular December 13 – January 14
Late January 18 - January24

All undergraduate students (except temporary, transient, provisional, and post-baccalaureate) must be advised. Graduate students are required to be advised. Contact your coordinator for information on your program.

Dates to Remember

January 18, 2005 thru January 24, 2005 is the LATE registration period. A $100 late registration fee and a $50 late payment fee will be added to your account. These fees will appear on your account within 24 hours after you register.

Spring 2005 Admission Dates for Undergraduates:
Jan 21 Undergraduate web admission application processing ends at 5:00 p.m.
Jan 25 Undergraduate web admission application processing continues for off-campus programs
   
Spring 2005 Registration Dates for Undergraduates and Graduates:
Nov 8 Early Priority Registration Begins
Nov 25-28 Closed for Holiday
Nov. 29 Early Open Registration Begins
Dec 10 Early Registration Ends at 4 p.m..
Dec 13 Regular Registration Begins
Dec 17, 25-30 Registration Closed
Jan 14 Regular Registration Ends at 4 p.m.
Jan 18 Late Registration Begins
Jan 24 Late Registration Ends at 4 p.m.
 
Spring 2005 Tuition and Fee Payment Deadlines for Undergraduates and Graduates:
Dec 10 Last day to pay $100.00 deposit by 5 p.m. or have confirmed financial aid award; otherwise, your Spring REGISTRATION will be CANCELLED.
Jan 14 Regular payment deadline for Spring by 5 p.m.
Jan 14 Late payment fee of $50 begins after 5 p.m.
Jan 24 Late payment deadline, by 5 p.m.
Jan 24 Late payment fee of $100 begins after 5 p.m.

Spring 2005 Refund Dates for Undergraduates and Graduates

Drop One or More Courses (But Not All Courses) Refund/Refund Reduction Will continue to owe
January 24 100% refund of any dropped courses 0%
After January 24 0% refund for dropped courses 100%

Withdrawal from all classes Refund/Refund Reduction Will continue to owe
January 24 100% refund for total withdrawal 0%
January 31 50% refund for total withdrawal 50%
After January 31 0% refund for total withdrawal 100%

Students who withdraw from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock after receiving federal financial aid (Pell Grant, SEOG, subsidized Stafford Loan, unsubsidized Stafford Loan or parent PLUS loan) may owe a repayment of those funds to UALR.
