Summer Academic Calendar

Summer: May 23, 2005 through August 8, 2005
Fall: August 22, 2005 through December 14, 2005

General Summer 2005 Dates  
Application Deadline for Summer 2005 Graduation June 10, by 5 p.m.
Summer Admissions Application Deadline July 6, by 5 p.m.
Holiday – Independence Day (BOSS and UALR closed) July 4
Last day to remove an “I” received Spring 2004 August 15

Summer 1    May 23 – August 2  
Last day to register, add, or adjust schedule May 24, by 4 p.m.
    No refunds for dropped classes after this date.
    A grade of “W” will be recorded on the academic record for any course dropped after this date.
    Last day to change from credit to audit or vice-versa
  
Last day to drop an individual class for Summer 1 July 15. by 5 p.m.
Last day to withdraw from Summer 1 August 1, by 5 p.m.
Last day of classes – final exams for Summer 1 August 2
Summer 1 grades due August 4, by 12 p.m.

Summer 2    May 23 – June 27  
Last day to register, add, or adjust schedule May 24, by 4 p.m.
    No refunds for dropped classes after this date.
    A grade of “W” will be recorded on the academic record for any course dropped after this date.
    Last day to change from credit to audit or vice-versa

Last day to withdraw from Summer 2 June 24, by 5 p.m.

Summer 4    July 5 – August 8  
Last day to register, add, or adjust schedule July 6, by 4 p.m.
    No refunds for dropped classes after this date.
