Cancellation of Early Registration for Non-Payment of Tuition and Fees
If you register during early registration you must either pay your total tuition and fees, or pay $100 deposit, or have your financial aid award confirmed by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 13, 2004 for Summer and by 5 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2004 for Fall. Otherwise, your registration will be deleted and you will need to register during Regular Registration. You will not be reinstated in your classes for Summer or Fall 2005. Students are responsible for tuition and fees after that date unless they withdraw from the semester by the end of the 100% refund period.
Correct Name and Address
It is important that UALR has your correct name and address. Academic records and change checks will be issued based on the official name in the UALR Banner system. Students should verify – and if necessary, correct – their addresses in the UALR BOSS system. To correct your name, you must submit a name change form with a social security card and drivers license to the Office of Records and Registration.
Please note: UALR restricts late registration to five days for the purpose of improving the student’s opportunity of success and retention.
There will be no registrations or schedule adjustments for Summer 1 and Summer 2 after May 24. Summer 1 and Summer 2 change checks will be produced and mailed May 31.
There will be no registrations or schedule adjustments for Summer 4 after July 7. Summer 4 change checks will be produced and mailed July 8.
There will be no registrations or schedule adjustments for Fall 2005 after August 26. Fall 2005 change checks will be produced and mailed September 1.
IMPORTANT: Electronic bills will be sent to the student’s UALR e-mail address.
