State law requires all Arkansas undergraduate
students who have completed between 45 and 60 college-level
hours (including accepted transfer hours) to take the
“Rising Junior” Exam. The exam consists of the College
Assessment of Academic Proficiency (CAAP).
CAAP administrations will be scheduled during the month
of November. Contact the Office of Testing Services for
specific dates and times for CAPP.
Registration information will be sent to
eligible students. If you think you are eligible and have
not received any information, contact Testing Services at
(501) 569-3198.
Students who completed more than 60 college-level hours
as of January 1, 1995, are exempt from CAAP. Contact
Testing Services for details.
