We gladly offer refunds and exchanges
  1. Bring in the sales receipt to verify where and when purchase was made.
  2. Return merchandise in original “like new” purchase condition.

TEXTBOOKS WITH A RECEIPT:
  • FULL REFUND, if returned within first week of class
  • FULL REFUND, if returned within the first 30 days of class if you dropped a class- Drop slip required with receipt.
  • No refunds given on custom course materials, Outlines, & Study Guides.
  • All medical and specialty reference book refunds will be given within three (3) days of Purchase.
  • A RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL REFUNDS & MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. If the book is wrapped, it must be returned unopened.
  • ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE WITH A RECEIPT:
  • Get a FULL REFUND anytime in your original form of payment
  • All merchandise must be in original condition.
  • Software must be unopened for exchange or refund (open software may be exchanged for the identical item only)
  • No refunds on magazines or on prepaid phone cards.
  • WITHOUT A RECEIPT:
  • Merchandise credit will be given at the current selling price
  • Cash back on merchandise credits will not exceed $5
  • NO REFUNDS GIVEN:
  • On textbooks after 30 days from the start of class
  • On textbooks without a receipt
  • On custom course materials, outlines, study guides, magazines, and prepaid phone cards
  • We will immediately exchange any defective merchandise returned with a receipt. The store manager will be glad to answer any questions you may have about our refund policy.

    We are happy to buy your used books every day.
    Bring us your books:
  • In current edition
  • In good, resalable condition with covers, pages, and binding intact and without excessive highlighting or notes written in them.
  • We pay 50% off the selling price:
  • When ordered by your professors for the next term.
  • When bookstore is not overstocked.
  • For hardcover and large-format paperbacks.
  • For “like new” study guides and workbooks.
  • We pay you national market value:
  • When not ordered by your professors.
  • When the bookstore is overstocked.
  • When there is a national demand for your book.
  • The best time to sell your used books is during finals week. Please remember to bring your student ID with you when you come in.
