- Bring in the sales receipt to verify where and when purchase was made.
- Return merchandise in original “like new” purchase condition.
- Make your return within the proper time frame:
- FULL REFUND, if returned within the first week of class.
- With proof of schedule change. A full refund will be given within the first 30
days of class.
- We’re sorry, but we cannot offer refunds
at any time for custom course materials, outlines, study guides, or
magazines.
- All medical and specialty reference book
refunds given within three days of
purchase.

We will immediately exchange any defective
merchandise returned with a receipt. The store
manager will be glad to answer any questions
you may have about our refund policy.

The best time to sell your used books
is during finals week. Please remember to bring
your student ID with you when you come in.
