WELCOME
Founded in 1989, the South
Central Writing Center Association (SCWCA) is the regional affiliate
of the International Writing Center Association. The purpose
of SCWCA is to foster communication among writing center personnel
and to provide a forum for professional concerns. Members include
directors and staff of writing centers and persons interested
in writing centers, and its membership consists of but is not
limited to individuals from: Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana,
and Texas.
2010 SCWCA Conference: Call for Papers Released
The South Central Writing Centers Association announced the call for papers for its 2010 annual conference. The theme will be "Writing as Labyrinth: All Paths Lead to the Center."
