After debate on issuing their disclosure, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services issued a complete list of 131 nursing homes with poor inspection records. Each of these troubled facilities, known as a “special focus facility” is a nursing home that the CMS have decided needs more oversight. Below, you will find the worst facilities list.
