Liz S. Garcia

Intern

Liz Picture.JPGLiz Garcia is a senior with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Spanish. She will be graduating in December 2009 and hope to continue to a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico and have lived in Little Rock, Arkansas for the past 10 years. She likes to take every challenge that life throws at her as a learning experience and she always looks at the positive side of things. Her family and loved ones are her inspiration. Her philosophy in life is Jeremiah 29:11 says: For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you. She resides in Little Rock, Arkansas with her family.

Temika Reynolds

Intern

Temika is a Criminal Justice major with a minor in Mass Communication. She is a native of Arkansas, but was raised in Charleston, South Carolina. After returning to Arkansas she realized that poverty was almost iminent. She knew her future would be vague without an education. To become a part of such an elite team and recieve an internship from the Senior Justice Department is a dream of hers. She is currently engaged and has a beautiful daughter. The members of her family our her motivation and inspiration. Her goal is to successfully succeed as an intern an become a great asset to the department. With many odds against her;her ultimate goal is to graduate at the top of her class with a degree in Criminal Justice. She feels that with perserverance and self discipline, she will succeed. She is proud to say that everyday that passes, she feels that she is one step closer to her dream.

Kyle Rogers

Intern

Kyle was born and raised here in Little Rock and graduated from Catholic High School for Boys in 2002. After attending UCA for two years he transfered to UALR and discovered the Criminal Justice program. Now, he is a Senior with a Criminal Justice Major and a Psychology minor. He’s not sure what he wants to do after school but knows that this internship will help him figure that out. He’s very confident and excited about working for Dr. Montague.
