Welcome to Dr. Nicole Ploeger

Please join us in welcoming Dr Nici Ploeger as an Assistant Professor. She completed her Ph.D. at the University of Oklahoma. She teaches organizational communication and has already published her research investigating the influence of hierarchical relationships, relational closeness, and identification on communication about ethics in the workplace. We are excited to have her serving with us.
