Need help? Follow these steps to ensure you are good to go. You have to be advised and have no overdue balances to complete your registration in BOSS.

I need to be advised because I have an advising flag on my account.

I need to pay a balance, library charge, or parking fine.

For Spring 2014, you will need to satisfy payment requirements before you can reserve your class selections. To apply for financial aid, you must first complete a FAFSA and the Spring Financial Aid Application on BOSS. The final deadline is Apr. 1. Learn about your options >>

Step 1 Log on to BOSS using your T# and password

Step 2 Go to the registration page


Once you have successfully logged into your BOSS account using your T# and password, choose the Student Services option from the menu.  This will take you to a page with numerous, student related options.

From there, choose the Registration option from the menu. This will bring you to the registration page which will provide you with a registration focused menu.

From this page you will choose Register/Search for Classes. The system will ask you to specify which term you would like to register for.  Once you choose the appropriate term you will be brought to the class search page.

Choose your subject from the list provided and click the Course Search button.

A list of courses should appear at this point. You will need to click on the View Sections button next to the course that you are interested in registering for in order to view all of the available meeting times for that course. You will need to click on the checkbox of the class(es) that you want to take. You will then go to the bottom of the page and click on the Register button.

Step 3Confirm the term

You’re almost finished! “Confirm the term” means that you are ready to begin, you have all of your classes as you need them, and you’ve lined up how you will pay.

While still in BOSS:

  • Once you have reviewed the Important Dates page you will need to click on the Click here to continue… link at the bottom of the page.
  • You will then click on either the Student Services link or the Student Services tab.
  • Click on the Registration Confirmation link
  • Once you have read over the registration confirmation material you will need to click the Confirm My Registration button.
  • You will be given a confirmation number that you should make note of and keep for you records.
