UALR Staff Senate Fall Open House will be Thursday, Nov. 19 from 1 – 3 p.m. in DSC Ledbetter C. This event kicks off our annual Helping Hands Project, which helps UALR families in need during the holiday season.
Staff Senate Tea Cup Auction tickets are available for purchase at 5 tickets for $5 dollars. Put one or more tickets in the cup for the item(s) you want to have a chance of winning. There is no limit to the number of tickets you can put into any one cup to increase your chances of winning.
You can get 5 tickets for $5 from staff senators in your area.
Additionally, there will be a Cake Walk for $1 per turn. Numbered squares are laid out on a path. Tickets are sold to participants, with the number of squares in the path equal to the maximum number of tickets sold. The participants walk around the path in time to music, which plays for a duration and then stops. A number is then called out, and the person standing on the square with that number wins a cake or other baked good.
