That old saying, “there’s a bad apple in every bunch” can occasionally apply to test questions in an online course. Thankfully there is an easy way to correct mistakes in questions, even after a test has been submitted.
For instance, let’s say a multiple choice question type has the wrong answer choice selected and five students have already submitted their test. Instructors can quickly fix this by editing the question, and automatically regrading all five submissions.
When a mistake is identified, access the test canvas and make the necessary changes. Once the submit button is pressed, a message will pop-up asking to regrade all existing attempts. Click OK, and viola tests are regraded.
