Where can students go for Blackboard support?

Students can find a collection of articles and tutorials addressing common issues encountered by students at the Blackboard Student Support website.

If you are in need of technical support for other UALR applications, like email or BOSS, or need assistance with a UALR account, like your NetID or T-Number, please contact the Information Technology Services helpdesk:
