Learning Shorts

ABOUT “LEARNING SHORTS”

Learning Shorts, our  webinar series, gives you the opportunity to catch up on new features in Blackboard and trends in online teaching without having to leave your desk.

Faculty are invited to join us online for a half-hour sessions. A monthly schedule will be posted below. These short sessions will provide targeted demonstrations of the week’s topic, which will be archived on the Help Tab in Blackboard for those who can’t attend the live session.

A question and answer opportunity will follow the recorded demonstration for faculty in attendance. No registration is necessary. To attend a webinar, access the Collaborate Session by clicking on the Guest link.  After clicking on the link, you will be prompted to open a jnlp file via Java Web Start.  Either select yes to open the file via Java Web Start or download the file and double-click it to automatically open via Java Web Start.
