2017 Graduates
Ruddie Allen
Ruddie expects to graduate in August 2017 with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Geology. He currently works for the Audubon Society in Arkansas.
Osvaldo Cossio Donoso
Osvaldo received a B.S in Chemistry and a minor in Biology in May 2017. He is planning to do a one-year research internship with the National Institutes of Health before applying to a M.D./Ph.D. program.
Jeffrey Jones
Jeffrey graduated in May 2017 with majors in Systems Engineering and Mechanical Systems Engineering. He is currently employed in engineering at Maybelline Corporation in Little Rock.
Jurnee West
Jurnee expects to graduate in August 2017 with a B.S. degree in Earth Sciences and a minor in Biology. She will attend Geology Field Camp this summer.

Autumn Brown
Autumn graduated with a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Spanish and a minor in Chemistry in December 2016. She has been accepted to medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences for fall 2017.
Caleb De La Paz
Caleb graduated with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology (May 2016). He is working as an Tooling Design Engineer at Molex Corporation in Maumelle, AR.
DeAunna Lewis
DeAunna graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry (May 2016). She is working as a Patient Care Tech at Baptist Hospital, Little Rock and applying to Physician Assistant Programs.
Mitchell “Allan” Lunnie
Allan graduated in December 2016 with a B.A. degree in Mathematics and a B.A. in World Languages/French. He is currently in graduate school in Applied Communication Studies at UA Little Rock studying better ways to communicate in education.
Taylor McClanahan
Taylor graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Mathematics and a minor in Biology (May 2016). She is working at the Cantrell Drug Company as a Lab Technician and applying to Graduate School.
Jasmine McKissick
Jasmine graduated with a B.S. degree in Biology and a Chemistry minor in December 2016. After graduation, she taught science at the Covenant Keepers Charter School in Little Rock. She will start medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in fall 2017.

John graduated with a B.S. in Biology and a Psychology minor (Dec. 2015). He is currently employed at Abercrombie & Fitch in Little Rock. His career goals are to be an entrepreneur and he is currently developing and managing a community organization.

Lafayette DeRamus III
Lafayette graduated with a B.S. in Geology and a B.S. in Physics in May 2015. He entered graduate school in Physics at Indiana University under the Bridge to the Doctorate Program in fall 2015.
C’Asia James
C’Asia graduated with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry in December 2015. She entered a graduate program in Interdisciplinary Biomedical Studies at UAMS in fall 2016. C’Asia will enter the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Smith, Arkansas in fall 2017.

Martiyha graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry in May 2015. She worked as a Regulatory and Quality Administrative Assistant for the Cantrell Drug Company in Little Rock. She entered a Master of Public Health Program with a Dental Emphasis in fall 2016.

Dolapo graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Chemistry in May 2014. She began a M.D./Ph.D. program at UAMS in fall 2014.

Aundrea graduated with a Biology major and a Writing minor in December 2013. She is currently in a M.S. program in Health Sciences at Meharry Medical College in Nashville. When she completes the degree, she will matriculate into Dental School at Meharry.

James Houston
James received a B.S. in Systems Engineering with a concentration in Mechanical Systems and minors in both Mathematics and Geology in December 2013. He worked as a Stationary Engineer at the University of California San Francisco. He currently works at UA Little Rock as a Facilities Engineer.
