Military Student Success
UA Little Rock has been designated a Military Friendly® School. Military Student Success serves over 700 Active Duty, Reservists, National Guardsmen, Veterans, and their family members, to assist with any concerns and facilitate a resolution.
Student Affairs Success Initiatives
The Student Affairs Success Initiatives’ primary goal is to team with students to ensure their academic career is a success. Their other goals are to empower, support, and assist students in gaining their undergraduate degree in four years.
Students who participate in these initiatives have higher grades and graduate faster than their peers who do not participate in the program. They also develop invaluable networks that are beneficial both in college and after graduation.
Student Experience Center
Students involved in the Student Experience Center gain valuable experience in building teamwork, planning events, working with diverse personalities and populations and much more! Services, programs and events include student orientation, fraternity/sorority life, and Student Government Association, and much more.

Through study abroad programs, students actively participate in new cultures and experience critical, first-hand engagement with global challenges, which in turn, help them become effective and influential leaders in our global society.
The TRIO Higher Education Access Programs, TRIO Talent Search and Educational Opportunity Center (EOC), at UA Little Rock provide a variety of postsecondary access services to low-income and first-generation youth and adults in targeted counties and secondary schools. The goals of Talent Search and EOC are to assist participants to successfully enroll in and pursue postsecondary education opportunities. These programs are federally funded under the U.S. Department of Education.
