Fit/Well Program

Get in Shape with Fit/Well The DSC offers programs from the Fit/Well Department, which are available to all students, faculty, staff, and other members of the DSC. Come in and get a your own Personal Trainer, or join in on a Group Fitness workout.

Make a commitment to your health today.

An assessment only takes approximately 15-30 minutes and gives you a quick snapshot of your health. Each assessment includes height/weight, blood pressure, muscular strength/endurance, flexibility, and a cardiovascular fitness test.
