Personal Program

The Fit/Well Personal Program is designed to help participants become independent in their training program. Each program provides the following:

  • Baseline body measurements & percent body fat.
  • Baseline fitness level evaluations
  • Development of personal fitness goals using individual interests
  • Instruction of use of DSC fitness equipment
  • Instruction on use of strength training equipment
  • Individualized fitness plan based on goals
  • ACCESS: A Personal Program for people with disabilities

There are no fees. Interested members should call the Fit/Well office at 501.569.3228 to schedule an appointment. A DSC Fitness Leader will conduct an individual session.

Please wear workout clothing and exercise shoes.
