The participation in any UALR Intramural sport activities is completely voluntary. Each individual participating in in these activities assumes the risk for any harm or injuries caused by negligence or intentional acts. It is strongly suggested for each individual to maintain sufficient health insurance coverage.

The Intramural Department has attempted to make all activities as safe as possible. Neither the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, nor the Intramural Department, assumes responsibility for any injuries, breakage, or loss incurred while participating in the program.
