Dr. Anderson is the founding director of the Graduate Certificate in Technology Innovation program. He teaches classes on the innovation process and technical courses in robotics. Dr. Anderson has a doctorate in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and worked for several years in the semiconductor industry, designing cutting edge integrated circuits for Motorola and Cypress Semiconductor. He has also worked for three start-up firms and founded the educational software company Software Mania. Dr. Anderson is currently developing instrumentation and autonomous robot systems for NASA to search for extraterrestrial life on Mars.
